6/23/25: proper clean out covers required at driveway, UV tape required at insulation on exterior hose-bibs, GFCI receptacles required at exterior, all exterior plastic piping must be coated for UV protection, leak at hose bib that is kinked, Arc-fault breakers required throughout, anti-tip required, GFCI required at garbage disposal, cut Cleanouts and add proper caps, GFCI at laundry, exhaust fan covers must be installed, properly secure liquid tight at water heater disconnect box, T&P must terminate in pan, no roof access.
