12/6/24: seal all penetrations through vapor barrier (rips,tears,staples), seal all penetrations through top plate throughout, seal bottom plate with foam, FHA plate required at dryer exhaust vent, grey water piping required (not installed), 2 lights required per plan in closet, wire size at multiple circuits not per plan, carbon monoxide detector and smoke detector missing outside of bedrooms, receptacles missing at exterior, plumbing at shower/tub not complete and not under test, multiple circuits tied together. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED.
