12-9-24, missing 2 HUS26 hangers at kitchen girder truss, add anchor bolts to marked areas at garage and at porch box column plates. Add nails to marked areas along edge to loose shear wall located at northeast corner of main entrance-over penetrated nails. Add nails on upper floor at marked locations along the west side-plate to decking.STOPPED INSPECTION-ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE NOTED. |
