5-30-25: DWV must be under test, flex not connected to registers at kitchen & master bathroom exhaust, 4-gang box at family room, tears in flex above kitchen island, damaged exhaust vent at kitchen hood, a/c condensation line doesn't extend to the exterior, relocate pex line away from any lights at master bedroom bathroom or block with osb, drywall, 2x4, plywood.A 12" clearance is required from pex lines to any lights of any kind. Electrical panel schedule doesn't match with number of physical circuits-so either wire per plans or submit an updated schedule to the city for review and approval. |
