Fire foam top plate in laundry room. Add blocking to register in entry. Shear wall has lost its integrity at kitchen. Remove all drywall screws at fan boxes. Seal all exterior penetrations. Secure t stat wire in attic. Lower t stat at 48” . Electrical work still being completed. 6/26/2025 |
