8-24-26 clean out caps are required to be glued to prevent them from coming off completely* condensing unit requires to be leveled properly* 3 inches of clearance around condensing pad is required* post tension tag required at hose bib* 20 minute rated tag at fire door at garage needs to be visible* threshold at garage entry to home requires ADA accessibility* electrical at great room for fans and lights are all tied in together as well as once you turn that three-way switch off for the lights the fan turns off as well and the half hot receptacle located under window in great room at Northwest corner turns on simultaneously, not wired to specs.* two receptacles located at great room on North wall closest to front door are without power* flex duct in attic crawlspace area coming off of FAU has tear in it needs repair. |
