8/27/24: Anchor bolts missing 12" from edge of sill plate. Anchor bolts must be properly fastened throughout house, sheathing not fastened per schedule throughout, H2.5 Clips missing and not properly fastened, Shot pins at at interior non bearing walls must be space no greater than 24" o.c and no more than 6" from edge of bottom plate, nailing at sheathing must be 3/8" from edge and not penetrate more than 1/8". |
