6-4-25: Loose roof panels requiring correction had been documented on previous inspection and roof was shingled without approval. Submit a letter to the city for review/approval documenting that all roof nailing was done per plans and meets the 2018 IRC. This must be submitted and approved before a C of O can be issued. |
