Back T-ply shear wall calls for 7ft wide wall - only 4ft measured, add pressure clip 8ft on center, SD4-36 detail requires ladder blocking using 2x6’s instead of 2x4’s. Detail SD4-31 requires 2x4 flat brace since length is greater than 6ft. Add roof nails in bedroom north of great room. Columns require anchor bolts since masa clips has both arms raised. A04M trusses missing behind garage - this requires revised truss calc plan. |
