7/1/26: UFER ground must be properly terminated and accessible, address tag required at panel, properly secure temp receptacle, blank at open deathfront required, nail plates required throughout where plumbing/electrical come within 1 1/4" of stud face, DWV NOT UNDER TEST, PROPERLY PEX AT BATHROOM EAST, over notched studs in bathroom non-bearing wall, bathroom east wall needs fha structural plate, Boca plate required south wall of restroom, 3/4" pex required to have r3 insulation at hot water lines, pex supports required 32" horizontal and 48" vertical throughout, flex duct supports required 4' o.c, fix required at mechanical trusses that have notches for electrical , condensate drain must be properly sloped @ bedroom #4, properly secure secondary drain at bedroom 4, fix tear at duct master closet. Refrigerant lines at kitchen making contact at fha plate, refrigerant lines must be properly supported at attic, GAS PRESSURE TEXT MUST BE 15PSI, mark dryer vent box for feet installed, properly support dryer vent at entry (no tape).STOPPED INSPECTION ELECTRICAL WAS NOT WALKED. MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
