Gable end trusses not per detail 5 on S5.2. Loose anchor bolts throughout. Add titans and break in bottom plates. Nails over penetrating Osb shear. Add studs within a 45* at bearing point. Nailing at primary shear not per schedule. Add titans at interior bearing points. Provide proper length cs16 straps at headers to studs. Missing nails at masa clip. Stopped inspections other items may vary. 5/6/2025 |
