6-11-25: spacing not per plans for shear wall at garage and shear wall behind garage-nails cannot be closer than 3/8" from edges/joints and can't over penetrate more than 1/8"Check spacing at exterior shear panel nailing and add nails at marked locations due to either missing and or over penetrated nailing-not all panels were marked do have framer wall it in its entirety.Missing 2 HTT4's at entry to foyer, missing A-35's at base of staircase, loose shear wall upstairs east side, southeast wall miss nails at sill plate to decking. STOPPED INSPECTION-ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
