-Weep screed needs to be 4" clear of DG. It is not clear where sidewalk meets house.
-South yard landscape tree (15 gal Mesquite) in a water harvesting area is not in place per plan.
-The accessible route sidewalk was not built per plan and is under the roofline causing the roof to drain onto it. I would recommend installing gutters to prevent storm water from falling onto the sidewalk. Another option would be to re pour the sidewalk per plan.
-Conditions on permit are not satisfied prior to final inspection.
