3-5-26: West & south east setback not per plans-measured at 13' 9"& 12' 3". Footing excavation depth at a few areas is not per plans, re-compact pad primarily along edges of footing & around DWV, remove loose dirt from footing. Either provide property pins or submit an updated site plan. |
