4-21-25, fan in not installed in each bathroom, missing smoke detector in bedroom 1, missing plumbing fixture in laundry, install cooktop and dishwasher, insulate hose bib located on north side, lower thermostat to 48" o.c., vacuum breaker required on south hose bib, cut cleanouts to grade, landscape in its current state is not per code-remove any excess concrete near foundation/footing and provide ladder for roof access. STOPPED INSPECTION-ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE NOTED. |
