All exterior walls are sheathed with plywood and are nailed per plans. Interior shear walls are properly installed and are nailed per plans. Bottom plates are held down by bolts, shot pins, or cut nails. All shear clips and masa clips are properly nailed to walls and bottom plates. Okay to proceed with dry-in for stucco applications. |
