9-3-26: add anchor bolts with washers/plates at marked locations, tighten all loose anchor bolts, an anchor bolt is required within 12" on each side of a splice-epoxy with 3rd party inspector required, missing S/HUD4 Hold downs at northwest corner of window opening-see S-100 for information, missing backing at restrooms & kitchen, missing DTT2Z south wall together with A35 at top & bottom-see stud pack/reference 7/S200 & 11/S200. clean out debris from bottom track so that we may inspect shot pins at sill plates. Stopped inspection-additional items may be noted. |
