Fire foam all horizontal penetrations at party walls and all vertical penetrations where coil straps penetrate floors. Apply wool at restroom DWV's or fire foam penetrations at top plates in all units. Provide size of smart electrical box above ceiling in hallways to verify box fill. Reschedule inspection for MEP's when ready.

11/21/2025 COT - HCPL - Plumbing Intermediate  Partial Pass 11-21-25: partial pass on Section B-level 1 tub inspection. DWV at Room's 111, 121, 124 were not wrapped protecting them from pourbqck. Cut back concrete to where DWV is exposed and properly wrap to avoid future damage of piping.

Secure/support all HVAC cabling and copper lines in every unit. Okay to continue construction at progress areas but will have to verify corrections at units.
