07/28/2026 COT - HCPL - Plumbing Final  Re-inspection required 7-28-26: 313-kitchen hood exhaust must be smooth, 311, 324, 312, 322, 321, 323. Install shackles at panel breakers on each unit for water heater. Reinspected units 314-320-install shackles for each water heater breaker at panels, install smooth kitchen exhausts-see 1503.3 of the 2018 IRC for details. Unit 328 ADA-vertical grab bar missing at shower and at side wall of water closet, smooth exhaust required at kitchen exhaust, switch light improperly wired at kitchen, shackle required at water heater breaker. See 1106.1.1.1 for # of required roll in showers and tubs.
