Area B exterior sheathing, hold-downs, hardware, and shot pins verified per plans-okay to continue with construction at progress areas.

10/16/2025 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 10-16-25: Area B of second floor nailing on exterior sheathing and straps verified per plans. Okay to continue construction at progress areas.
10/31/2025 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 10-31-25: Section B Stairwell exterior sheathing verified at 4" at edges/joints & 12" o.c. In the field (ground level -3rd level) & CS Straps at openings. Verified Section B South Stairwell joists, LVL stringers, Simpson LUS hangers & required A35's per S3.11 detail 10 together with required holds as per shear wall schedule. Missing fireblocking at stair stringers-see 718.2.4 of the IBC for details and add nails to interior stairwell sheathing where nails over-penetrate more than 1/8" and are installed closer than 3/8" at joints. A re-inspection is required for mentioned items but okay to continue with construction at progress areas.
11/04/2025 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 11-4-25: Section B interior clips, sill plate nailing to decking, and required hold downs for unit's 223, 212, 211, 224 and east corridor approved. Okay to continue with construction at progress areas.
11/13/2025 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 11-13-25: rooftop at north top of staircase approved-okay to dry-in. Nailing at Exterior sheathing on west, north, and south approved. East side of top of staircase not inspected.
11/17/2025 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 11-17-25: clips, hold-downs , interior framing at room's 310, 325, 309, 326, 309, 308, 327, 308, 327 3rd floor corridor C06 up to 327 verified per plans. Okay to continue with construction at progress areas.
11/18/2025 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 11-18-25: framing and clips inspection at room's 228, 301-a35's at doorway, 203-h25s, 207-a35's bracing top & bottom, 206-backing at bedroom, 204, 205-a35's at window & h25's to- /bottom of bedroom, 3rd area A north wing corridor. Reschedule inspection to verify made corrections-Still pending is nailing for cs -straps from second to 3rd floor.
11/19/2025 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 11/19/2025 1st floor. Area A. Hdu2 holdowms in place. Cs16 straps in place. 16” past down to both below top plates and above tope plates at all hold down locations. All hardware and shot pins have been verified. Corridors ledgers approved. Interior shear wall (osb sheathing) in place. Trash shoot area pending. Okay to proceed progress areas.
11/20/2025 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 11-20-25: second floor exterior shear bracing nailing and straps approved.
