Fire foam all penetrations at top plates, add supports to in wall DWV under test/Domestic lines at shower, install shower backing as required per City of Tucson Inclusive requirements, add plumbers tape to DWV above ceiling that is resting on 2x4, and have engineer or architect of record submit a letter showing slight relocation of electrical panel to adjacent wall at living room and note that existing panel will be utilized as a junction box. | |
| COT - HCME - Mechanical Intermediate | Re-inspection required | 3-4-26: B102-fire foam penetrations at marked areas, strap DWV at shower, add Boca plate at base of DWV in shower, add knockout to metal electrical box together with plastic bushing at marked location. Remove shower board at Unit B101 to verify corrections called out from inspection on 2/27/26 were made. Note: P-trap test required together with shower liner test. Also, due to steep incline at roof, we will require that a letter from a licensed contractor be submitted to city for review documenting that roof sheathing nailing/shingle installation was done per plans and meets the 2018 IBC. Finally, all construction made must be inspected & approved prior to covering progress areas. |
