8-5-25: flush control valve must be on accessible side, handrails must be at 36" to the top, missing restroom sign & ADA identification sign on restroom door, missing restroom glass mirror, water closet height shall be between 17-19", adjust bathroom door and entrance to 5 pounds of pressure, wrap hot copper line on water heater with R3 insulation, label junction boxes along south wall of kitchen area, provide ladder for roof access, install ice machine to verify condensation line to floor drain. |
