Site is good except the Approach drive entrance is not graded correctly to plan. It should be built to elevations shown and keynote 7 on page C-3. Drainage is shown on plan flowing around fuel station south of the of the chainlink gate and fence rather then under fence and onto fuel station...Reschedule when ready |
