7-14-26: side grab bar must be a minimum of 42" in length, grab bar must be installed no further than 12" from end of wall, lower grab bar height to 36" aff, shower seat must be installed 17" to 19" max height, install knee guards at lavatory, mirror must be lowered to 40" to the reflective surface, toilet paper height is 17-19" aff , electrical panel schedule not per approved plans, HVAC breaker must be a 60 amp, restroom breaker calls for a 20 amp breaker vs. a 15 amp breaker, complete stucco at back door, install vacuum breakers at hose bibs, a GFCI receptacle at laundry room is required. Missing tracer wire at tie-in. Stopped inspection-additional items may be noted. |
