4-16-26: underground plumbing is not installed per approved plans. Either install per plans or submit a revision to the city for review. See Page P1.0, plumbing schedule P2 (lavatory) must extend out the south wall where it connects to the sewer. P2 will also require a vent. P3 & P1 extend out the east wall where it too connects the 3" sewer. P3 & P6 were not under test. The underground plumbing test requires a 10' water head & shall be under test for 24 hours-see plumbing notes for information. |
