Stopped inspection-additional items may be noted.
07/21/2026 COT - LCBU - Building Final  Re-inspection required 7-21-26: extend condensation line on roof to 6" above grade, provide knockouts at panel together with an updated panel schedule, remove or cap existing light fixture under eave in front of home, add R3 insulation to hot copper line of water heater, replace flex pressure relieve valve at water heater with copper or CVPVC, add elbow to pressure relieve valve at front of home, break off screw tabs on all vacuum breakers.
