08/18/2026 COT - HCBU - Interior Shear Bracing  Partial Pass 8-18-26: Suite 163 has been divided into an additional Suite ( Suite XXX ) thus a party wall was added together with additional metal wall framing on the other side of the suite. Submit an updated framing/ site & floor plan to the city for review/approval. Add screws to the east party wall at suite xxx 8" o.c. Along the base and at joints above ceiling.
08/20/2026 COT - HCBU - Interior Shear Bracing  Partial Pass 8/20/26: East wall at suite xxx 8" o.c meets UL305 1 hour rating requirements. Inspection shall be called in when fire tape and fire caulk have been applied
