Drywall screws cannot be closer than 3/8" from edges/joints. Add missing sections of drywall at party walls flush with decking or bottom of truss chords.
08/18/2026 COT - HCBU - Framing Re-inspection required 8-18-26: Suite 163 has been divided into an additional Suite ( Suite XXX ) thus a party wall was added together with additional metal wall framing on the other side of the suite. Submit an updated framing/ site & floor plan to the city for review/approval. Add screws to the east party wall at suite xxx 8" o.c. Along the base and at joints above ceiling.
Note: an updated metal wall framing plan must be submitted to the city for review/approval prior to proceeding with construction.
