Water line stems from the northeast section of site and runs approximately 200' in a southern direction. Okay to backfill progress areas using shading materials.
04/02/2026 COT - HCPL - Plumbing Progress  Partial Pass 4-2-26: 4" charlotte underground plumbing pipe verified under test and per plans. Okay to backfill approximately 90' of trench using shading materials. Remaining section from midway point of clean out extending west over to building 1 's east wall will be inspected when ready.
04/06/2026 COT - HCPL - Plumbing Progress  Partial Pass 4-6-26: underground plumbing on a 4" charlotte piping located at the south side of site and that runs from east to west verified under test and per plans-okay to backfill approximately 45' of trench using shading materials.
04/28/2026 COT - HCPL - Plumbing Progress  Re-inspection required 4-28-26: grease interceptor is missing tracer wire. Reschedule when ready.
05/05/2026 COT - HCPL - Plumbing Progress  Partial Pass 5-5-26: verifed 2" copper main water line stub-up at north side of building under test at 100psi. Also, verified tracer wire at grease interceptor.
05/14/2026 COT - HCPL - Plumbing Progress  Partial Pass 5-14-26: main water line stub up at north side of building verified under test at 3.5psi.
05/27/2026 COT - HCPL - Plumbing Progress  Partial Pass 5-27-26: verified a 3" gas pipe located on north side stemming into building above ceiling under test at 15 psi. Pipe has been under test since yesterday- okay to continue with construction at progress areas.
