8-27-25: pending conditions, required corrections to include: wrapping of hot piping on water heater, RFI for HVAC , adjust all interior /exit doors to open at 5 pounds of pressure,firefoam any vertical /horizontal penetration where piping/conduits extend through to another space. Existing electrical panels not in use must be "gutted" to the possible unlawful use at a later date and must be clearly labeled "panel not in use." |
