8-27-25: pending conditions, required corrections to include: wrapping of hot piping on water heater, RFI for HVAC & RFI for receptacle relocation in office area, adjusting all interior /exit doors to open at 5 pounds of pressure, secure mc cable & fire foam penetration above electrical HV1 panel and at any horizontal penetration where piping/conduits extend through to another space. Existing electrical panels not in use must be "gutted" to the possible unlawful use at a later date and must be clearly labeled "panel not in use." |
