8/26/26: Bond/bushings missing throughout at raceways, multiple raceways not properly installed/secured, raceways must be properly secured at unistrut, multiple conductors are improperly secured at lugs and are undersized for lugs, torque report required,ground wire must be appropriately identified, revision required for electrical equipment (not per plans), emt at grade and below must be protected from corrosion. Conductors must be appropriately sized, fuses missing at disconnect box, conductors nicked where sheathing was removed. |
