6/2/26: Water hammer arrestor required at dishwasher at all units, padlock required at water heater breakers, properly secure all raceways on exterior of building, 90 degree fitting on 3/4" conduit for outdoor lighting and receptacles must be replaced with approved wet location fittings, hot water lines in bathroom water heater required to have insulation on 3/4" pipe, fire finals required to be completed and passed prior to building final approval, engineering final approval required prior to building final approval, if TCO is required for Model units please provide a site plan for separation between construction and residence area, per number of units required we shall have the appropriate number of parking spaces for TCO. Revision required for cover hall between units. |
