5-14-26: cs strap at post to beam, anchor bolts required within 12" at the end of each plate, tighten all anchor bolts, sheathing-cannot over penetrate more than 1/16" and nails cannot be closer than 3/8" from joints/edges, 12 nails required at each side of splice at shear wall/load bearing walls-see detail 35 for information. Roof nailing approved-okay to install crickets. Make corrections to parapet sheathing at east wall-gap between sheathing is larger than 1/2". Stopped inspection-additional items may be noted. |
