5-19-26: post to wood beam requires MST 48 strap and H3 clip at each side, missing nails throughout south, east, west & north shear walls- see schedule for details, nails cannot be closer than 3/8" from the edge or splice and cannot over penetrate more than 1/16", nail all protruding nails flush on east exterior sheathing, missing nuts at south end and tighten all anchor bolts, add anchor bolts to marked locations, add shot pins to marked locations. Have framers make corrections and review all details before scheduling inspection. Stopped inspection-additional items may be added. |
