4-3-26: add shot pins within 6" at the ends of each plate and 32" o.c. thereafter. Add stud-shoes to the studs located at the southeast corner-non load bearing cannot be over notched more than 40%. Have architect of record submit a new floor plan showing the relocation of the ADA restrooms. Okay to continue with construction and will check for corrections at the intermediates. |
