4/27/26: Grab bars shall be no higher than 36" AFF per A117.1 (609.4.1), Mirror must be installed to verify height, floor sinks shall be sealed with approved method to prevent sewer gases from escaping, exterior hose-bib must be insulated and wrapped from UV protection, Refrigerant lines for condenser must be appropriately supported, seal sleeve on south exterior wall, 90 degree elbow required on condensate drain, UV coat all exterior plastic piping, Refrigerant locking caps required at condenser, exterior receptacle shall be WR, water heater installed is 3-phase (plans call for single phase with approved e;electrical connection) ( 3-phase will not work for this application with single phase connections). |
