3/17/26: legend C has not been completed per approved plans at east wall (currently no work was done at damaged truss), plans call for 3x12 beams for repairs (currently (2)2x12 installed), ensure all supports are appropriately spaced at beam repairs (48" o.c max), HGAM10KT missing throughout per approved plans, special inspection report must be sealed and completed prior to submission (currently only have intermediate documentation), replaced rood decking was never inspected prior to dry-in please provide documentation and letter from contractor ensuring all requirements of the 2018 IBC are met and provide all documents to portal. |
