Install anchor bolts at warehouse shear wall @ 48" o.c., remove drywall at shear wall located at northeast corner to verify nailing at sheathing.Provide access to verify roof framing details.
05/22/2026 COT - HCBU - Framing Re-inspection required 5-22-26: called poc at 1218pm but didn't receive an answer. I waited on site for 10 minutes and left. See previous notes from 5-13-26, a complete RFI with all framing details is required and must be reviewed and approved by the city. Note, a letter from the architect of record or engineer will not suffice.
05/27/2026 COT - HCBU - Framing Re-inspection required 5-27-26: add anchor bolts at 48" o.c. At shear wall located at office to warehouse, add blocking at 4' to same shear wall, and install A34's per wood framing detail, add shot pins at metal framing at 32" o.c. with 1/2" disks, remove drywall to north east office to verify nailing at sheathing. See partition wall connection bracing-detail calls for 2-#10 screws to secure bent web of metal stud brace to top track of wall and to bottom flange of roof truss. Double check nail spacing at sheathing of mezzanine together with shot pin spacing. For example, shot pins are required within 6" at the ends of each plate. We will inspect mezzanine and upcoming inspection.
06/08/2026 COT - HCBU - Framing Re-inspection required 6-8-26: missing A34 at warehouse to office entrance above door header,seal penetrations at marked areas, add shot pins with 1/2" disks at marked locations, missing nails at wood top plate splice, remove drywall at northeast shear wall to verify nailing at sheathing, missing bracing at 4' intervals and secure bent web of mtl. Stud brace to,to- track & to bottom flange of roof truss for walls parallel or perpendicular to truss, missing blocking mid height at wood framing, pending revision approval- city is requesting full set of metal framing plans/details.
