10/7/26: properly secure gas piping at exterior of home, enclosed car port needs repair at siding butting up with concrete, combustion air cannot be used to terminate b-vent, 2-kitchen circuits required, properly cap existing plumbing under kitchen sink, switch covers cannot be cut. Remove all existing wiring at back patio, receptacle spacing throughout,properly cap all vents at roof, enclosed carport has not been permitted and has multiple issues (slab,framing,footings,electrical,structural). |
