12-19-25: missing light and receptacle covers in office area, seal penetrations at demising wall and above ceiling at at office areas, re-label junction above above ceiling at east demising wall. Per NEC 300.11, you cannot use seismic wiring to support above ceiling junction boxes. Junction boxes must be independently, securely anchored from support from the structure above (joists/decking), with specific, distinguishable from "seismic bracing" wires. Panels-schedules and rooftop will be inspected at re-inspection. |
