Nails cannot penetrate more than an 1/8" into sheathing. Nailing need tos be 3/8" from edges. Missing nails at marked areas. Missing anchor bolts throughout. Loose nuts throughout. At break in bottom plate add anchor bolt not less than 6" not more than 12". Missing hardware. Plans call for steel columns. Wood columns are in place. Stopped inspection.
