10/14/26: ADA signage required at restrooms, water closest shall be 16-18" from side wall or partition wall. Urinal shall be no higher than 17" AFF. water heater drain pan must be properly drained. Insulation required at pex lines in mechanical room. Receptacles shall be WR in mechanical room. Proper documentation on hangers used for roof required. Label Panel over at New SES and label receptacles at park. Photocell must be properly supported above roof line. Water sterilization required prior to approval to request TCO. Site work required to be completed. R.O.W required for approval. Fire final approval required prior to approval. |
