2) ADA also needs to have rails on both sides of lower and one side of upper.
3) There is a dbl pitch in the patio area going to the walkway that needs to also to be redone.
4) Short term bike parking needs to be a 6' slab so the bikes won't impede the walkway.
08/01/2024 ENGR Engineering Final Partial Pass This is for the exterior items other than the signage, Menu boards and anything else that will fall under Starbucks themselves. The site fencing and dumpster have been turned over to Starbucks.
09/26/2024 ENGR Engineering Final Passed This venue opened on the week of the 16th without a final inspection from engineering. CO is approved it should have been completed prior to the pending and release of the CO.
