Pending trim around window fur out at east wall of showroom, & framing at showroom restroom. Add stiffeners at the ends of new IT Room and at office 126. Add backing at warehouse side of IT room & attach screws to end wall framing. Above ceiling framing for new HVAC at showroom approved. Okay to continue with construction at progress areas but at own risk pending RFI approval. We will need to verify corrections at upcoming inspections and prior to covering walls at office & IT room.
08/14/2026 COT - LCBU - Framing Partial Pass 8/14/2026 Partial pass. Reviewed RFI for both sides of full height walls. Will be submitted prior to final. East furred out wall of show room approved. Stiffened have been added for both IT room and Office 126. Screws have been attached to metal stud for end of IT wall. Pending framing for showroom restroom. Drywall screw inspection approved inside west wall of show room. Okay to proceed all progress areas.
08/20/2026 COT - LCBU - Framing Partial Pass 8/20/2026 Partial pass. Framing for showroom bath ro has been completed. East wall at showroom window has been completed also.
Drywall screw inspection approved at office space areas. Pending inside walls of offices. Okay to proceed progress areas.
