10-1-25: add shot pins 24" o.c. and provide kickers 48" o.c. with proper angle clips and correct # of screws. Also, submit a letter to the city for drywall that has been taped. The letter itself must be submitted by a licensed contractor indicating that nailing was done per the 2018IBC and meets ASTM standards. See A7/detail 7 and schedule this portion of framing inspection when ready. Finally, submit an updated floor plan showing the exclusion of wall at cashier/order area. |
