9-9-25: arrived on site at approximately 1315 hours. CMU wall was already grouted so I was not able to verify reinforcement. Submit a letter to the city for review/approval documenting that reinforcement at dock wall was per approved plans & attach 3rd party inspection report to letter as well. |
