05/04/2026 COT - HCEL - Electrical Above Ceiling  Re-inspection required 5/4/26: putty pads at receptacle boxes shall not be over stretched as this will ruin the UL listing on product (1/8" thickness around boxes, all penetrations at top plates shall be fire caulked, draft stop required horizontally every 10' at common walls, nail plates required where MEP come within 1/4" from face of stud, over notched or over board top & bottom plates required structural strap and this strap shall extend 2" below and above the plates. Ensure all NM cable is secured off of gusset plates, damaged gusset plates on trusses required engineer fix. Smoke detectors required in each room and in the immediate vicinity outside of the rooms. Smoke detectors shall be no closer than 10' to kitchen range.
