2/17/26: anchor bolt spacing at non shear-walls shall be 48" o.c, anchor bolts at SW3 required to be spaced at 16" o.c, interior SW3 sill plate attached shot pins 6" o.c, all anchor bolts must be properly fastened, anchor bolts required within 12" from edge of sill plate and no less than 7x the bolt diameter, sheathing at shear walls must be fastened per approved plans and shall be fastened no closer then 3/8" from edge and shall not penetrate more than 1/8", submit revised set of plans to city for approval, units 101,102,103,104,105,106,107,108,109 and 100C were all walked and the notes are identical for all units. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
