Please add screws where needed and re-schedule an inspection.
08/03/2026 COT - HCBU - Interior Shear Bracing  Re-inspection required 8-3-26: Drywall screw inspection/Room 201- electrical feeders at East wall do not run through top plate. Rather, feeders run parallel to framing members and a 1 1/4" clearance from edge is required. Provide an engineer fix and submit to the city for review & approval. Room 201's East wall cannot be taped & texture until an RFI is provided. All other units at the 2nd floor are okay to tape & texture.
